SERVICES
ALRS provide a host of services to adults with developmental disabilities which include Supported Living, Host Home, In Home Support, Behavior Support, Individualized Day Supports, and Respite.
SUPPORTED LIVING
This service is provided in a residential setting up to 3 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who require additional assistance with activities of daily living, health and wellness goals, and community integration. Transportation services are included to allow the person to gain access to community services, organizations, and other resources utilized by the general public.
IN HOME SUPPORT
People receive personal care services in the safety of their home with the following: cooking, laundry, light chores, bathing/dressing, medication administration, shopping and a host of other ADL services.
HOST HOMES
Host homes are private homes of individuals and families whether owned or leased where residential supports are provided to the person. The homeowner or lessee is not employed by the provider agency but is a subcontractor for the host home service.
RESPITE CARE
Respite Care provide brief periods of relief to individual caregivers. This service can be scheduled or rendered on an emergency basis.
INDIVIDUALIZED DAY SUPPORTS
Individualized Day Support Services provide one-to-one opportunities so people with disabilities can maintain essential life skills and access preferred activities virtually and in the community. Examples include mobility safety, skill development, decision making, problem solving, self-care, ADL support, and more.
